Chocolate Havanese

Banana Blitz

ingredients

  • 2 bananas (mashed)
  • 2 cups rolled oats ( 500ml)
  • 1/4 cup honey ( 60ml)
  • 2 cups flour (500ml)
  • 1/4 cup oil ( 60ml)
  • 1 tsp. baking powder (5ml)
  • 1/2 cup water (125ml)
  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg ( 1ml)
  • mixing and baking instructions

    Mix together mashed banana, honey, oil, water and nutmeg. Add baking powder. Mix in rolled oats and flour. Dough will be quite soft. Drop by spoonfuls onto a baking sheet coated with non stick spray. Flatten slightly with a floured glass. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Turn oven down to 200 degrees and bake for one more hour. Remove from oven and cool.
