  • 1 pound liver (beef, chicken, calf or pork) (454g)
  • 1 bouillon cube or packet (chicken or beef)
  • 1/2 cup powdered milk (125ml)
  • 1/2 cup water (125ml)

  • 3/4 cup flour (187ml)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. minced garlic (5 ml)
  • 1/4 cup dried parsley(62ml)
  • mixing and baking instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a blender or food processor, puree liver, eggs, broth , powdered milk, parsley and minced garlic. In a large bowl, mix together all dry ingredients. Add wet to dry ingredients and mix well. Batter should be thick like muffin batter. If it is too stiff, add a bit more water, if too thin, add more flour. Spoon into a well greased baking pan, spread evenly and bake for 30 minutes. Let cool and cut into brownie size pieces. Break off small bits to use as treats. Does not keep very long on the counter but freezes very well.
