Bacon Waffles

Variation by Jean Fawley

Another waffle variation by Jean Fawley is Bacon Waffles. She reports that her dogs go crazy over this one. The variation happened because Jean was making Waffles and had this ingredient on hand. To the basic recipe Jean adds 1/2 cup of crumbled bacon bits - the real bacon you buy in bags which is cooked , crumbled and ready to serve. The bags available at Sam's are huge for one person or two to get rid of so she thought this is a good way to use them up. Her dogs agree!
